Where do you ship from?
- Orders made through heartfilledstudios.com ship from 22121 41st Pl S, Unit 201, Kent, Washington 98032, USA.
What couriers do you use for shipping?
- For domestic shipments, we utilize the United States Postal Service (USPS), UPS and FedEx.
When will my shipment deliver?
- Processing Time — Please allow 2 business days (excluding holidays) to fulfill your order before shipping.
- Domestic Shipping — Deliveries to the West Coast typically take a shorter period of time than deliveries to other parts of the United States. Once shipped, Standard Ground shipping can typically take 2 to 3 business days for West Coast deliveries and up to 7-business days for Alaska and East Coast deliveries. The Central States land somewhere in between.
- Tracking Information - Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an automated email with your tracking information. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
- Once the shipments are in the hands of the shipping courier, we have no control over the route of the courier nor timing of the delivery. Like the customer, we only have the tracking number to evaluate shipment status.
